Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Value Engineering Analysis
- ECE has performed Value Engineering (VE) studies and analysis on construction projects to determine if other construction methods and material provide technically viable alternatives. By providing alternative construction methods and materials through VE studies and demonstrating that the alternatives meet functional requirements of the project at the lowest life cycle cost, clients are able to determine if budgeted financial resources are going to be efficiently spent.
